Flagship Programme

10 Pillar Foundation Training

The 10 Pillar Foundation Training is the cornerstone of our work.

This programme trains senior leaders in how to use the 10 Pillar framework to take a whole-school structural view of inclusion in relation to the protected characteristics of race and religion/belief.

During the training, leaders are introduced to the methodology, the logic behind the pillars, and the practical process of applying the framework within their own setting.

At the end of the programme, leaders are provided with the full working framework, enabling them to begin the work with clarity and confidence.

This is where the foundations are laid.

Pillar Reinforcement Training

Once foundations are in place, some schools choose to deepen the work within specific areas.

Pillar Reinforcement Training focuses on strengthening particular elements of the framework, often working more closely with targeted departments or leadership functions.

This ensures the structure is not only designed, but robust.

Reinforcement strengthens load-bearing areas.

Structural Integrity Consultancy

Sustainable inclusion requires maintenance. Structural Integrity Consultancy provides periodic strategic support following training.

These sessions enable leaders to:
